Refund Policy.

1. Subscription Billing and Cancellations

AlwaysUp.dev offers paid plans on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle. You may cancel your paid subscription plan at any time through the Billing & Invoice panel in the dashboard. Once cancelled, your account will remain active on the paid tier until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be downgraded to the Free tier.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with our intelligent monitoring tools. If you are a new customer subscribing to a paid tier for the first time, you are eligible for our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you decide the platform does not meet your needs within 14 days of your initial purchase, you can contact us to request a full refund of your payment.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee, or to report a billing discrepancy:

  • Send an email request to billing@alwaysup.dev.
  • Include your account login email address and the transaction reference or invoice ID.
  • Provide a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request (this helps us improve the platform!).

4. Processing and Timelines

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the credit back to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds are usually processed within 2-5 business days.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your card statement.
  • Refunded subscriptions are immediately downgraded to the Free plan tier upon approval.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are generally not granted in the following scenarios:

  • Requests submitted after the 14-day initial subscription period.
  • Cases where accounts have been suspended due to violations of our Acceptable Use Guidelines (e.g. DoS checks or unauthorized monitoring targets).
  • Renewal charges where the customer failed to submit a cancellation request prior to the auto-renew date (though we encourage you to contact us for support).
